phone is very dangerous for our eye .it causes

ü Blue light emit from smart phones damages rods and
cones cells of retina

ü Some diseases silently kill our eye but people
can’t realise this.
ü Some people come at the last
stage in that time ophthalmologist/optometrist don’t do anything for him/her.

Our
lifestyle play an important role to prevention those diseases. Prevention is
better than
treatment. So we have to change this
habits. If we leave these bad habits then diseases irritation will be far from
us.
